The Goals and Objectives
To make African and Caribbean food a staple option in the UK takeaway sector. Starting with an initial area covering the Essex region, Jerk Station aims to enable the people living and working in the area to experience the sensation of the flavours and taste from the African and Caribbean continents.
Clearly, there is a huge section of the population who are well exposed and keen for great gastronomic experience. Jerk Station is wholly committed to delivering this experience.
Jerk Station offers freshly cooked healthy dishes using the highest quality produce sourced from local farmers and suppliers. The range spans snacks, finger foods and full meal options.

Every item is inspired from the cultural cuisine of either the African or Caribbean continents. There is also a supplementary range of popular drinks from both cultures.
Currently, our food is offered through pop up restaurants at high street markets, University campuses, fetes, community shows, farmers markets, carnivals and Festivals.
Our food has been featured at joint venture events in established food related venues around the Essex region.

With a background in customer service, fast food and event management, Austine completed training in a Caribbean restaurant prior to launching Jerk Station.
Having obtained indepth hands-
In 2013, Austine successfully introduced Caribbean foods in the Calabar (Nigeria) carnival.
Here in the UK he has spearheaded the successful operations of Jerk Station in several outdoor events, including the Fling festival, 3 foot festival, Orsett show, Billericay Christmas market, Upminster Fun day and the Village Green festivals.
Austine is passionate about customer service and quality.
